THE STATE HERMITAGE MUSEUM AND WINTER PALACE (ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA)

It is one of the biggest, the oldest and the grandest museums in the world, boasting of an incredible art collection of over three million works of art. The priceless Hermitage collections are exhibited in six buildings, of which the main one is the ancient Winter Palace, which was at one time the residence of the Russian Czar.
